Forecast only F3, but wanted to sail to build up fitness for trip to Barbados at weekend. On the water just before 6.30pm and straight onto the plane. Difficult to sail up-wind away from the corner by the clubhouse initially, but then wind picked up and I was away from the corner just before the dinghy racing started. Overpowered on 8.2 again, but no point in changing down as it would only be a short session.

Large fleet of dinghies out. Excellent sport dodging between them, but difficult to concentrate on gybing with so many dinghies around.

Good evening session in sumer wetsuit at last.
